My predictions barring a Biden upset or a literal civil war

First they’ll come for Medicaid coverage by withholding federal funding for states that protect trans medical care. Some states are already refusing to cover it.
Then they’ll come for the doctors. It’ll take a year or two and it’ll be so disastrous that hopefully there’s no way another Republican will get in. Then it’ll take another year or two to move back all the way to where we started during the following election cycle with a presumably not sociopathic POTUS, assuming the king relinquishes his throne.
I have no idea what this will be like for trans men, but for trans women, just like cis women denied reproductive care, we will have to go back to what we did in the past: DIY.
We’ll probably either have to depend more on combinations of testosterone blockers (which are not technically hormones) and phyto (plant) estrogens, order from out of the country, or get them on the grey market.
Assuming treatments aren’t outlawed entirely, clinics that do not receive federal funds will still be able to assist people, but they will see fewer resources and higher demand.
They’ll also come for our driver’s licenses. Florida already has, and their law is so strict that it considers it fraud for even an out of state driver to operate a motor vehicle with a gender marker that doesn’t match their assigned gender at birth.
And how would they know? Are strip searches going to be legal? Deep dives for people’s unamended birth certificates?
It’ll start administratively by (divine?) executive mandate, and then the states will pass more laws against us, depending on the Supremes for protection.
The only way to fix this administratively is through Real ID laws, which is something Biden can do now.
But if (and probably when) Trump changes the order, there will probably be a lawsuit that will be injuncted, go through the courts, and then ultimately be upheld by a fascist SCOTUS.
