If that's true, then this entire post is a strawman. It's not just about genitals in otherwise normal, humble people. It's about a fluctuating sense of identity and your control of people who would call you on it.
It's about a deconstruction of social norms for everyone because gender doesn't work for you.
"I'm on a diet, so you can't have cake."
You claim there isn't a need for the terms 'trans' and 'cis' based on genitals, and you're right, but if you're a different person from day to day, genitals aren't the issue.
